Fountain Pens

 So solrosan requested pictures of my pens! Here they are:

My very first pen: Pilot Metropolitan in M, Retro Pop Green.


My second pen, Lamy Joy. I got this for drawing.



My third fountain pen. TWSBI Eco Fine Demonstrator in transparent orange.






My fourth fountain pen. Jinhao Shark. With Diamine Blue Velvet ink. 



Here's some handwriting practice with the Pilot Metro in Iroshizuku Tsutsuji ink.



And here's a sketch of Colin Hooper I drew with the Lamy Joy.

The Pilot Metro is an attractive pen. And only like $20.

ah wow! you went all in! they look beautiful, and so do your handwriting samples.

I love the idea of fountain pens, but I've never been able to get the hang of them. Always wind up with ink all over my hand...

I have gotten ink all over my hands, too. It's something of a rite of passage, so I'm told. I don't get ink on my hands when writing anymore, but filling my pens is another story.
